Job Description
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for performing the act of dealing table games while providing excellent guest service in an excellent and courteous manner. All duties must be performed within federal, state, and local laws and company policies. Shift availability is for all shifts (Day, Swing, and Grave).
Requirements
- Deal two (2) or more Game Types (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games).
- Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions.
- Communicate verbally about game play, complaints, and issues.
- Maintain a courteous atmosphere and respond effectively to guest inquiries.
