Children of the Nations (COTN) is a nonprofit founded in 1995 that develops self‑sustaining communities by caring for orphaned and destitute children in Sierra Leone, Malawi, Uganda, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti. The organization builds Children’s Homes and Village Partnership Programs, offering education, nutrition, medical care, and community development such as agriculture, clean water, and skills training. COTN’s mission is to empower children to become leaders who transform their nations, focusing on long‑term self‑sustainability rather than short‑term relief. Through child sponsorship, mission trips, resource gathering, meal packaging events, and volunteer work, COTN engages donors and volunteers in tangible impact.
The Sponsorship Coordinator will be the main point of contact for sponsors, communicating with counterparts in countries served. They will be expected to meet and anticipate sponsors' needs, maintaining up-to-date web information and managing sponsorship lists and documents.
