The Director of Employee and Labor Relations is a strategic leader responsible for building and executing comprehensive employee and labor relations initiatives that support Children's National Hospital's mission, values, and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years progressive experience leading employee and labor relations strategies in a unionized environment
- 5 years relevant supervisory/management experience
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, S/PHR) (Preferred)
