Job Description
Children's Nebraska is seeking a Staff RN - Experienced Float - Inpatient to provide high-quality patient care in the NICU, PICU, and Med-Surg departments. The role involves a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with no full-time days off. This is a supportive role focused on individualized patient care and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- RN license (State Licensure or Compact State Licensure required)
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing required
- Experience in NICU, PICU, Med-Surg, CCU preferred
- Experience in a float pool preferred
- Previous experience with EPIC preferred
