Children’s is seeking a Supervisor of Sterile Processing - Evenings to oversee and operate their Sterile Processing area, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with healthcare standards. The role involves decontamination, inspection, cleaning, assembly, and packaging of reusable medical/surgical equipment, as well as supervising and training personnel. This position provides direct responsibility for sterility operations and is at the center of organizational and departmental goals.

Requirements

• Monitors compliance with policies and procedures, AAMI guidelines, infection control policies, and other regulatory agencies.
• Coordinates and supervises department functions to ensure service quality and continuity of care.
• Manages personnel, providing training and performance management duties.
• Ensures cost-effective use of resources and maintains quality assurance standards.
