Associate degree in dental hygiene, 3-5 years of clinical experience, and certifications in infectious control and BLS/ACLS

The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) must have a Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy, a current, active, and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Alabama, and a preferred minimum of 2 years of pharmacy practice experience with a management or leadership role

High School Diploma, Alabama Pharmacy Technician license, excellent verbal and written communications skills
