Requirements
- Lead design and implementation of Kinetic solutions.
- Mentor existing Epicor developers.
- Speed the transition from legacy Epicor to Kinetic.
- Develop and deploy Epicor Kinetic customizations, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and REST API integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Epicor modules while introducing modern Kinetic capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues with minimal business disruption.
- Mentor existing Epicor developers to accelerate the transition to Kinetic.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Support change and release management processes and contribute to SDLC maturity.
