Creative Content Writer

Cialfo is a leading platform connecting students, higher education institutions, and counselors through technology-driven solutions. We are seeking a Creative Content Writer who can craft high-quality, brand-aligned content across multiple formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2/3+ years preferred in content writing, content marketing, editorial, journalism, or brand storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience writing across formats such as newsletters, social content, reports, long-form pieces, or research-led content.
• Experience collaborating with design/creative teams is strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to structure content logically (outlines, flow, clarity, scannability).
• Strong research skills and comfort synthesising information into insights.
• Content judgement: knows what to prioritise, simplify, and highlight.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
• Comfortable working with feedback, revisions, and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, and audience-obsessed.
• Highly organised and dependable.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with business context.
