Senior Consultant, Employee Development and People Change Management responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive employee experience initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and driving strategic change management.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in financial services with an understanding of channels, process, products technology & operations, back office, and business controls
- Project management and strategic business-planning skills
