Job Description
Deliver Trainings on product, process & sales for Dealership Sales Consultants at multiple dealerships. Handhold DSCs at various stages of sales cycle. Guide/Mentor DSCs. Conduct OJTs for DSCs, if need be.
Requirements
- Good communications skills
- Knowledge of auto sector & how dealership sales work
- Previous experience of delivering trainings at dealerships for other OEMs
- Understand auto jargons & complexity of auto sector
- Must know English & local regional language
- MBA with engineering background preferred
- Training experience of 2-5 years
