Our client is a nationally recognized leader in the packaged bakery industry, producing a wide range of fresh and frozen baked goods distributed across the United States. We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead night shift operations and oversee a team of 12 to 15 engineering staff.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in industrial operations
- Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology
- Night shift availability (alternating 4/3 schedule, 12-hour shifts)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP), preventive maintenance, and system changes
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Physical capability for plant mobility and equipment handling
- Strong communication skills in English
- Safety compliance and proper use of PPE
