We are seeking a motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our growing team and build a successful career in Inside Sales. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding an assigned portfolio of existing customers through proactive phone outreach and virtual meetings.
Requirements
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Call Management & Sales Documentation: Ability to handle a high volume of calls, maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and internal team progress in our sales CRM system.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales to meet their evolving needs.
- Closing Skills: The ability to confidently and effectively close sales on the spot after presenting solutions and adding value.
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers clearly, persuasively, and actively listen to understand.
- Problem-solving abilities: Quick thinking and practical solutions during customer interactions.
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing customer information and tracking sales activities.
