Job Description
Senior Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring quality requirements are built into production processes, interpreting specifications, and developing quality plans. Requires strong understanding of geometric tolerances and metrology, as well as experience with quality procedures and audit experience.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of geometric tolerances and metrology
- Experience with writing quality procedures for heavy industry parts
- Problem-solving skills using systematic analysis processes and industry-standard methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and applications
- Leadership skills in technical quality planning efforts
- Quality process management skills using quality tools and methods
- Measurement science skills analyzing measurement processes and measurement uncertainty
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, be detail-oriented, and highly organized
