The Manufacturing Engineering Technician III role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on production tooling, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and supporting production to drive success for the quality of the Aircraft.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, Tech school or 2 year degree preferred
- 5+ years experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Certified on MET level one and two
- Proficient in MIG, or TIG welding
- Knowledge of basic measuring tools
- Expert in preventative maintenance
- Understanding of how to interpret engineering drawings and use a bill of material
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of maintenance software
- Ability to machine and modify parts with a lathe and a mill
- Ability to work autonomously
