Job description
This is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
Work in an agile environment, analyze requirements, design solutions, develop code, contribute to team performance, provide customer support, and bring innovative solutions to reduce operational risks.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of professional experience as a Full Stack software engineer, expertise in Java, Angular/React, Oracle/PostgreSQL, and AI driven tools, and demonstrated leadership and management skills.
