Citizen is seeking a Director of Mission Control to lead the real-time distribution of safety incidents to millions of users, ensuring safety information is delivered quickly, accurately, and responsibly at scale.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience managing a large 24/7 operations center, newsroom, or other high intensity operation
• Highly collaborative and a superior communicator with strong personal credibility
• Proven ability to make decisions on editorial judgment, daily content, complex operations and logistics in a fast-paced environment
