Responsible for the execution and fulfillment of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring operational availability, safety, environmental, product quality, and resource optimization in the Group's Units.

Requirements

• Ensure the execution of medium complexity works in preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Assist in the identification of the origin and extent of defects, removing, disassembling, repairing, and/or replacing and assembling parts and components in machines and equipment.
• Develop the ability to manufacture and/or recondition parts and components, based on technical drawings and using operational machines, such as: mechanical lathes, planes, drills, grinders, and others.
• Assist in adjusting components, machines, and equipment, testing their operation in real or simulated situations, certifying their accuracy.
• Assist in the implementation and modification of machines and equipment, through knowledge of technological innovations obtained through consultation of catalogs, designs, schemes, and technicians from other companies, aiming to eliminate causes of defects and performance improvement.
• Operate machines and automotive vehicles, such as: cranes, Munck trucks, and others, when properly trained and licensed.
• Perform activities according to procedures, standards, and company policies, meeting the requirements of quality, safety of equipment, occupational health, labor safety, and the environment.
• Ensure the lubrication of equipment according to corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Perform activities according to procedures, standards, and company policies, meeting the requirements of Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health, Labor Safety, and the Environment.
