Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for full-time employment for our client, a growing and high-impact company based in Cyprus. This is a great opportunity to join a brand that is making a strong mark in its industry and is entering an exciting new phase of development.
Requirements
- Proven experience as CMO role within the iGaming industry at least for 5 years
- Proven success stories with acquisition performance channels: Affiliate, SEO, ASO, Media Buying, Influencers, etc. in CIS markets
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decision-making and personalize player experiences
- Experience managing small high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of performance analytics, tracking, and attribution
- Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders
- Languages: English B2 level and fluent Russian is a must
