Job Description
The Loveland Police Department is seeking a Police Officer (Lateral Transfer) to patrol the City of Loveland and detect/deter illegal activities. The position requires a minimum of 2 years patrol experience as a sworn full-time law enforcement officer and a valid driver's license. The department offers a $15,000 hiring bonus, $7,500 upon successful completion of Field Training, and $7,500 upon completion of 12-month probation period.
Requirements
- Must possess at least two (2) years patrol experience as a sworn full-time law enforcement officer
- Must have satisfactorily completed a formal or informal field training program
- Must be able to legally possess and carry a firearm
