The Long-Term Care Services mandate is to provide care to residents based on their individual needs, which are determined through medical and nursing care assessments, functional and psychosocial aspects, and resident expressed needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc. Inf.)
- 1 or 2 years of related experience, preferably in a geriatric-gerontological long-term care facility
