Job description
As a GIS Analyst for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will provide technical and analytical support for our diverse consulting practices. You will work closely with project managers, scientists, and field personnel to develop GIS data sets, exhibits, and web maps along with managing data across several project disciplines.
You will gather, analyze, and integrate GPS data collected by field staff and unmanned aerial vehicle units and conduct spatial analysis utilizing various sources including aerial imagery, elevation models, and landcover data.
You will also create data collection forms, compute environmental impacts, design and update GIS databases, and assist application development teams for ESRI based workflows and web applications.
