Job Description
ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSE (NURSE ANESTHETIST) at Evans Army Community Hospital in Fort Carson, CO. Requirements
- Administer anesthetics to patients by inhalation, regional, neuraxial, intravenous, local, or topical means
- Monitor patients receiving anesthesia care
- Provide staff or patient education
- Evaluate patient's physical and mental status with respect to anesthesia
- Consult with anesthesiologist as necessary
- Maintain proper level of anesthesia depth and prevent over-dosage
