Operations Associate (Part-Time)

At Jackpot., we're seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate to support our lottery ticket operations. The role is based on-site in Brooklyn, NY and involves processing customer orders, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School degree or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts and occasional weekends or holidays
• Passion for learning new processes and technologies
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
