Job Description
We are seeking an attorney to join our national business immigration practice in our Rochester, Buffalo, or Albany office. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employment-based cases, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
Requirements
- Five to ten years of experience in business immigration law
- Broad experience with labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong client service and case management abilities
- Enthusiasm for client service and initiative
