Our corporate practice offers a blend of comprehensive legal expertise and practical business counseling. We are seeking an associate with 3+ years of private equity transactional experience to join our corporate M&A practice in New York or Boston.
Requirements
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in New York or Massachusetts
- 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities
- Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
