Complex Disputes Associate Attorney

We are seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join our Complex Disputes Practice Group in our Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience, including work in probate, trust, and fiduciary litigation, and will be involved in all aspects of complex civil litigation.

Requirements

• Conduct legal research and handle discovery practices, including depositions and written discovery.
• Manage large-scale document production, including electronic discovery.
• Participate in courtroom motion practice and trial work, often as second chair.
• Supervise support staff such as paralegals.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
