Government Investigations Defense Associate Attorney

We are seeking a talented associate to join our Government Investigations and White-Collar Defense Practice Group in our Boston, MA office.

Requirements

• Counsel clients on matters related to government investigations and white-collar defense.
• Handle cases from the investigation and grand jury stages through trial and, if necessary, appeal and collateral proceedings.
• Manage civil investigative demands, subpoenas, and other requests for information.
• Provide representation in government enforcement litigation and related complex civil fraud litigation.
• Draft and advocate in written submissions to various legal forums.
