The Production Engineer will lead production operations, manage resources and teams, and ensure stable, efficient, and safe manufacturing processes aligned with Clarios values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience as Production Supervisor or in a similar role within automotive, metal-mechanic, chemical, or manufacturing environments.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Willingness to relocate if required.
• English proficiency (approximately 80%).
