Manufacturing Operations Analyst

As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will own the measurement, tracking, and reporting systems behind the Canby plant’s Operations Excellence and High-Performance Team (HPT) model. You will maintain operations excellence and HPT scorecards, analyze leading indicators, track certification and training metrics, and translate data into actionable insights for plant leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, or analyzing operational metrics, scorecards, or performance dashboards in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Business, EHS, HR, or a related discipline with demonstrated analytical work.
