Field Service Supervisor

The Field Service Supervisor will plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies and accurate documentation. This role requires two-week Academy training out of state, with expenses covered by the company.

Requirements

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
• Read work order and ensure all required equipment is available
• Inspect equipment and general work area prior to starting any job
• Communicate with team members and management
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes
• Practice safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the cleaning areas
