Principal Ecologist

Our client is a multi-disciplinary Environmental Consultancy seeking to grow their ecology team in the Manchester office. They are looking for a Principal Ecologist with a solid understanding of UK environmental legislation, habitat assessments, and protected species surveys.

Requirements

• Degree in ecology, environmental science, or a related field.
• Solid technical knowledge of ecological survey methodologies, species identification, and relevant environmental legislation.
• Experience in managing projects and mentoring team members.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for promoting sustainable solutions.
• UK Driving Licence
