Job description
ClearBridge Investments is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer who also possesses robust data analysis capabilities to design, build, and maintain our data infrastructure and transform raw data into actionable insights.
Design, implement, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, and translate complex technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations for stakeholders.
This role involves ensuring data reliability and accessibility while also performing deep-dive analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years in data engineering or related roles, with proven data analysis experience, and a Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
