Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the team's overall roadmap by developing and maintaining a technology project plan. The ideal candidate is a creative, team-oriented, entrepreneurial servant-leader with experience managing people and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development
• Ability to run multiple mid impact level projects and/or programs at the same time
• Great communication skills - must be able to articulate clear and succinct persuasive messages including excellent presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from end to end
• Friendly, customer centric (internal and external), motivated, focused personality
• Servant-Leadership mindset
• Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environments
• The ability to manage changing priorities within a highly dynamic environment
• Effective use of strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills required in tandem with diplomacy and organizational awareness
• Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency in GSuite applications in particular a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of PMBOK a plus
• JIRA and Confluence experience a plus
• Web or application development, QA experience, Total Quality Management training, meeting facilitation training, and process mapping experience a plus
