ClearStar is looking for an experienced Operations Specialist II to support complex background screening operations, escalated case management, and compliance-focused workflows. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across our global operations teams while helping deliver a strong client experience.
Manage escalated orders, high-risk verifications, and complex exception cases; Serve as a point of contact for sensitive client and internal communications; Balance SLA performance expectations with heightened focus on quality and compliance standards.
This role is for you if you are calm and decisive under pressure, take ownership of outcomes, and hold yourself to high quality standards. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing speed with compliance, and identifying root causes behind operational gaps.
