Role Overview

Lead safety, quality, and environmental compliance while providing technical and metallurgical expertise within the Cleveland Works plant. Drive product and process improvements, support customer satisfaction, and lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance manufacturing performance and quality outcomes.

What You Will Do

Ensure compliance and provide leadership for safety, quality, and environmental standards. Provide metallurgical and technical support for product and process improvement through data analysis, problem solving, and expertise in metallurgical and mechanical concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Material Science
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing processes
• Interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively within a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication, analytical thinking, organization, and time management
