Shift Manager Maintenance

The Shift Manager Maintenance is responsible for supervising and providing work direction to hourly union employees in a fast-paced work environment with complex operations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and thrive in a 24/7 environment that includes working rotating shifts.

Requirements

• Supervise and direct hourly employees
• Assign manpower and equipment as necessary to repair and upgrade mill equipment
• Direct both planned preventative maintenance activities and work through equipment breakdown scenarios
• Implement the safety program’s goals to ensure a safe work environment
• Identify problem(s), gather the appropriate information, and analyze in an effective manner
