Job Description
The Cleveland Metropolitan School District is seeking a Substitute School Secretary to support all functions of the school office, including interacting with students, staff, families, and community members, and performing administrative duties to support the principal.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Computer, word processing, and data entry skills
- Five years secretarial or clerical experience required
- Three years of district experience preferred
- Additional business or secretarial training preferred
- Working knowledge of office automation
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
