We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with expertise in Javascript technologies to lead our dynamic and fast-paced team.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java and Python based applications using best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Experience to lead and mentor other developers.
