Technical Support Engineer, Developer Platform

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer specializing in the Developer Platform. This role involves providing support to developers building on Cloudflare's products, troubleshooting issues, guiding best practices, and ensuring successful application development. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer focused on building, deploying, and scaling applications using modern developer tooling and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a cloud/SaaS provider
• Hands-on experience with web application development (Prof or personal projects)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with patience and problem-solving
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong understanding of developer workflows and CI/CD
