Job description
The Associate Director – Equity Capital Markets, SEA is responsible for preparing materials for origination efforts and executing live transactions, including IPOs, placements, and preferential offerings.
Present research and analysis, quality control presentations, execute live transactions, and oversee administrative duties.
Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and clear communication skills are required. Prior Investment Banking experience in Southeast Asia and Business Mandarin skills are a plus.
