Job Description
Invited is seeking a Host to welcome and seat members and guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression. This role involves maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent hospitality, and assisting with various tasks to support the team. The Host is an important point of contact, establishing the tone for an entire club experience.
Requirements
- Greet members/guests by name and provide a warm welcome.
- Seat members/guests ensuring quality service.
- Maintain and maintain organized and tidy host area.
- Assist service staff as needed.
- Handle complaints and practice effective service recovery.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
