Job Description
Our client is a major modern consulting firm looking for an Accounting and Tax Department Manager to lead a dynamic team of 10 people and provide advice to clients on commercial and fiscal solutions.
Requirements
- Solid educational background in accounting and taxation
- Autonomy in managing financial statements and preparing declarations
- Fluency in Italian and German (MUST HAVE)
- Knowledge of indirect taxes, particularly VAT
- Experience in managing and developing human resources
- Customer orientation and experience in selling services
- Strong results-oriented attitude, with persuasive abilities and excellent communication skills
