Operations Supervisor I

As an Operations Supervisor I, you will oversee outbound warehouse operations and lead a team to achieve customer satisfaction and efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of four years of experience, including three years in the industry and one year of supervisory experience, is required. The salary range is $66,024-$82,530 per year.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Finance or related discipline or equivalent combination of work experience and education
• Minimum four years related experience
• Minimum three years of industry experience
• Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience
• Valid state issued Driver's License
• Forklift Driver Certification
• DOT Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Certification
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
