Job Description
Front Office Support Analyst role at CMC Markets, providing first-line technical and operational support for front office pricing and risk systems. The role involves monitoring live applications, troubleshooting incidents, and developing monitoring tools and dashboards.
Requirements
- Experience from a front office trade support environment
- Scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Linux environment exposure
- SQL, time-series databases, and real-time data feeds knowledge
- Market data systems, order routing, or risk calculation platforms awareness
- System monitoring tools, log analysis, and configuration management practices
