They are seeking a licensed Loan Originator to join their inside sales force and help them achieve production goals. This role involves pre-qualifying borrowers and guiding them through the loan process.
Requirements
- Active NMLS License
- Proven experience in mortgage sales or inside loan origination
- Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan products
- Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills
- Competitive drive with a team-first attitude
- Tech-savvy with experience in LOS and CRM platforms
