Job Description
We are hiring experienced Non-QM / Jumbo Mortgage Underwriters to support West Coast branches. The Underwriter ensures sound decisions to protect the financial and operational interests of the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of specific manual underwriting experience
- Experience working with Non-QM loans for last 12-24 months
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- High integrity and confidentiality required
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment
