Senior / Lead Consultant SuccessFactors / HCM Integration (w/m/d)

CNT Management Consulting is seeking a Senior / Lead Consultant to develop practical integration architectures, analyze and optimize integration architectures within HR environments (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Non-SAP systems), and lead integration streams for comprehensive customer projects. The position offers a hybrid work model, training opportunities, an international environment, and employee participation.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience with integration architectures and interface design and development
• Technical know-how in SuccessFactors, BTP, Cloud Integration (SAP CI, formerly: SAP Integration Suite or CPI), and HCM
• Safe handling of the Business Integration Builder (BIB) in H4S4- or S4 integration
• Experience in connecting 3rd party applications and integrating with Coperate Identity Providern
• Numerous years of project work experience and strong consulting expertise
• Deep knowledge of personal HR processes
• High affinity for modern technologies
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Negotiation-skilled German and English proficiency
