Job Description
Coast and Harbor is seeking experienced Project Managers to manage projects in the Washington D.C. area. Successful candidates must have at least ten years' experience managing design and construction projects.
Requirements
- Managing projects with values of at least $15 million
- Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules
- Providing quality assurance during design and construction
- Evaluating proposed modifications and change orders
- Utilizing current electronic project management software
- Working closely with the project owner to successfully manage projects
