Product Designer

Coates is a global technology company that enables impactful connections between leading brands and their customers. We're seeking a Product Designer to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for developing product design concepts, producing high-quality solutions, and collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering leads to drive solutions.

Requirements

• Develop product design concepts from complex sets of requirements
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps
• Develop solutions to product usability challenges
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering leads to drive solutions
• Employ design best practices across all deliverables and adhere to accessibility standards
• Understand the design research process, collaborate, and support the Product Owner, to formalize design research into insights and ideas
• Collaborate with Product Owners to drive the frameworks for success each product solution is measured by, and optimize to get the best results for our products
