Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our affiliate ecosystem, unlock new revenue streams, and build high-impact global partnerships. The role involves leading generation, partner acquisition, performance optimization, partner management, and data & reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing
• Experience in mobile apps, gaming, fintech (mobile banking), e-commerce, or agency-side affiliate marketing is a strong plus
• Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new partners via outbound and inbound channels
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms or agencies
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization and decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple partners and scale high-performing relationships
• Proactive, fast, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Interest in AI tools and automation to scale workflows and efficiency
• Fluent in English
